Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic warehouse environment? As the Warehouse Manager at our College Park facility, you will oversee daily operations supporting BDS, Packaging, and API Manufacturing. Your strategic mindset will drive inventory efficiency, product quality, and safety standards while ensuring timely fulfillment of manufacturing schedules. You'll champion Lean methodologies, optimize workflows, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance operational efficiencies. Accountabilities:


• Lead daily warehouse operations across two separate shifts to meet production goals and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, sampling/dispensing, and picking/packing.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of materials, complying with GMP and company standards.
• Engage and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maximize efficiencies and returns.
• Manage regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Manage discrepancies and investigate inventory variances.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions for improved efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Drive strategies to maintain optimum levels of component and raw material stock at College Park.
• Manage External Storage - Recalling material to and from External Storage based on First in First Out principles.
• Monitor Warehouse Capacity on a weekly basis.
• Develop, implement, and drive Warehouse KPIs to maximize performance through the creation of a Tiered Management Process.
• Develop and implement plans to optimize manufacturing efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Utilize Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• High level of knowledge of GMP/HPRA/FDA regulatory requirements and current Health and Safety Regulations legislation.

Essential Skills/Experience:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and regulations.
• ERP (e.g. SAP) competence is essential.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead/influence others.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Biological and API manufacturing processes preferred.
• Organizing, planning, and scheduling skills, ability to deal with competing priorities.
• Experience in Quality Management System Processes (Change Controls, Deviations).
• Proven record of implementing Lean methodologies.

Desirable Skills/Experience:


• Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
